Merchandise Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Indamira Pets, LLC backs its products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days you are not totally satisfied with the shampoo, simply return the unused portion in the original bottles for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

The following directions specify how to return the shampoo:

1. Make certain the caps on the bottles are tightly closed.
2. If the shampoo has already been opened, seal the bottles in a large zip-top bag or other plastic bag.
3. Place the bag in a box along with your original invoice and send it to us. If you don't have your original invoice, make sure to include your name and shipping address as you believe it appeared on the invoice.
4. After we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
